Again, standing in the trackbed of the former Up line, this looks
the other way towards West Kirby, showing the Down Platform. The Station Building and Signalbox were on the platform to the right. The light area across the trackbed is the low sun shining through the area of the Down Platform removed to form steps leading from the trackbed to the Country park Visitor's Centre, which is off to the left, behind the large tree in the middle distance. |
